Deep learning

        Deep learning is a subfield of machine learning.Deep learning consists of artificial neural network that are similar architecture present in human brain raw data feed in to  neural network and extract high level features from Raw data

Machine learning

      Machine learning which gives machine the ability improve himself by fed   lot of data to  improve task with experience. When machine learning datasets are large and target function is complex we use deep learning.machines learning focus on algorithms.

Now you can differentiated the deep learning and machine learning.if you feel confuse then read this it's my view point

If i ask question what is your name?
You can answer this question without taking time because you know your that's feed into your memory .so this is called machine learning .this process you going   use your experiences in  your brain.
If i ask what is gravity?
You want read lots of book related to gravity then you need to analyze the book .now you can answer this question .so this called deep learning
